Job Description

【工作內容】

主要使用 Laravel 框架對產品進行新功能開發與維護，並透過單元測試與持續重構提高整體系統的可靠性與可擴展性，同時查找與分析線上系統的性能瓶頸，並能針對相關問題進行優化與系統架構調整。

產品開發過程中也會接觸到許多第三方服務，除了熟悉與第三方 API 介接開發外，也需要考慮第三方服務可能會出錯或不穩定的因素，進行相關 Fault Tolerance 設計，讓程式能適應變化，逆中求生。

【工作方式】

Backend Engineer 與 Frontend Engineer、Designer、PM 等角色以 Scrum 的精神以短週期交付、不斷迭代進步、共同成長的方式合作開發。每天早上成員間會以 Standup Meeting 的方式同步彼此的工作進度和須要互相 cover 的事項。

除了平時的架構規劃和 Code Review 之外，工程團隊還有不定期的技術分享或讀書會來讓彼此交流、一起學習進步，工作過程中若突然有想討論的技術/架構設計等問題也可以隨時發起討論。

【薪資待遇】

月薪85,000~140,000元＊保障14個月

Requirements

【必備條件】

1. 熟悉PHP程式語言並有3年以上經驗

2. 熟悉 Laravel 或有其他大型 Framework 開發經驗

3. 具備 SOLID 與基本 Design Pattern 概念

4. 對程式品質、程式可維護性、 Unit Test 有堅持

5. 對 Cache、Queue 有相關使用經驗

6. 熟悉關聯式資料庫（MySQL 尤佳）

7. 熟悉 Git 作為程式碼版本管理工具，並熟悉 Git Flow、GitHub Flow 等流程

8. 能針對既有程式進行 Profiling 分析與性能調教

9. 能主動對於未接觸過或不熟悉的技術進行獨立研究與學習

【加分條件】

1. 具備 Docker 與 CI/CD 的經驗

2. 熟悉 TDD 開發流程

3. 有高流量系統架構設計經驗

4. 有 Open Source 相關經驗

【上班時間】

每週五天，每日八小時，早上 9:00 ~ 下午 6:00，中午休息 1 小時半。

可彈性上下班(最晚10：30上班)，早點來可以早點走，時間自主管理。
