Job Description

Research and development of new technologies for battery modules in data centers
Design and development of structural impact resistance, explosion-proof, waterproof, tolerance analysis, heat dissipation, and series-parallel circuitry
Structural design of products involving plastic injection molding, sheet metal stamping, aluminum extrusion, aluminum die casting, soldering, arc welding, and resistance welding
Integration of cross-departmental design issues and obstacle resolution
Leadership of project teams

Requirements

Battery energy storage or telecommunications/network-related expertise is a plus
Proficient in Creo 2.0 operation
Tolerance analysis and dimension chain application
Proficient in plastic/rubber molding technology and application
Sheet metal stamping forming technology and application
Experience and application of system thermal flow
Project management experience
Experience in DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Experience in patent invention application
Familiar with mechanical product development process
Benchmarking experience
Possess experience in product system integration design
