Responsibilities

制定培訓計劃：根據需求評估，培訓負責人必須設計和開發滿足員工需求的客戶服務培訓計劃，包含課堂培訓、在線學習、在職培訓或其他類型的培訓。
評估培訓效果：培訓完成後，培訓負責人必須評估其效果。包含評估員工是否獲得了他們所需的技能和知識，以及培訓和發展是否對工作績效、客戶滿意度或產生銷售產生有效影響。
管理培訓預算：培訓負責人負責管理培訓預算並確保培訓計劃具有成本效益及產生正面組織效益。
了解最新的培訓趨勢：培訓負責人必須了解最新的培訓技巧和技術，並酌情將其納入培訓計劃。

Requirements

經驗：5年以上的組織人才培訓及發展經驗，具領導及團隊管理經驗尤佳。培訓家應具有設計、實施和有效評估培訓計劃的能力跟經驗。
輔導技能：培訓家必須具備優異的輔導技能，能夠帶領其他培訓專員和各部門導師，啟發和激勵他人實現共同目標。
溝通技巧：出色的書面和口頭溝通技巧對於服務培訓家至關重要。他們必須能夠與組織所有員工、外部供應商和培訓者進行有效溝通。
專案管理能力：培訓家必須具備出色的專案管理能力，負責制定和實施複雜的培訓計劃，必須能夠同時管理多個專案並確保按時完成。
