Job Description
工作內容
- Responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain the QNAP BIOS/EC/MCU project.
- Capable of developing unique feature based on hardware or PM specification.
- Define the platform validation plan and develop necessary debugging and test tools.
- Willing to deep dive into specific domain technologies or new hardware feature and arrange related technical training courses.
- Work across different HW and SW teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of professional experience in design/development, integration, validation, or system level debugging in BIOS/embedded systems.
- 3+ years of professional experience building and/or leading team, including resource planning, task assignment, issue arbitration and resolution.
- Strong technical background in firmware development, and programming languages such as C/C++/Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
