Requirements
【Requirements】
- 有直接或間接人力資源背景，或是企業培訓相關產業經驗，了解企業培訓市場樣貌。
- 具備 3 年以上 B2B 銷售經驗。
- 數據導向思考能力，熟悉運用外部市場情報及內部運營數據，規劃後續業務開拓方向。
- 熱愛學習與分享，享受新創團隊充滿挑戰性的生活。
- 良好的跨部門協作與高情商，能夠交換資訊並釐清彼此期望，以組織目標為優先，支持共同的決定。
- 能依部門工作或專案任務的輕重緩急排定優先順序，擬定執行步驟、時程進度與應變方案，並事先協調整合所需資源，確保順利完成。
【加分】
- 具備 1～3 年以上在軟體、資訊、商業服務、管理顧問業的跨產業 B2B 銷售經驗。
- 熟悉教育科技、知識付費產業，了解國內外知名教育平台與產品型態。
- 具有系統服務或數位內容銷售經驗。
- 具備企業培訓市場相關人脈資源。
- 具備良好英文溝通能力。
