We are looking for highly motivated individual to join us and build cool stuff together!


As our Business Development Manager, your core responsibilities will be:

    • Client Portfolio Expansion: You will develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition to grow our business portfolio. This involves identifying prospects, approaching directly to cold sell, understanding potential clients’ needs, and positioning MetaCRM as their ideal choice.
    • Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients. This involves regular communications, addressing their queries, anticipating their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
    • Product Strategy Collaboration: Working closely with our product & marketing team, you will bring market and insights to shape our product/marketing strategy. Your contribution will help us in creating solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs and set new industry standards.


    Employee Benefits and Work Environment




    • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Business Development or Sales.
    • Excellent English communication skills (Speaking & Writing).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Very preferably with an international career background in Web3, Blockchain, or SAAS. Prior industry experience would be a strong advantage.
    • Cross-functional understanding of CRM (customer relationship management) across various facets such as Customer Support, Marketing, and Analytics will be a plus.
    • Comprehensive knowledge about the Web3/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency industry: key players, market segments, trends, etc.
    • Passionate about Web3, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency.
    Nice to Have
      • Understanding of Web3, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, SAAS, and CRM.
      • Experience in building relationships with businesses at all levels.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
      • A self-starting attitude and autonomy in executing new ideas.
