In Airloft, We bring shared economy into rental market in Taiwan. We match busy workers, who need to visit a place to rent but find no time, and Airlofters, who wish to make extra money by showing houses for busy workers.

In Airloft, we share. And when we all share, we can carve out the future of renting.

What you'll be doing:

• Have a direct impact on our signature product.
• Build prototypes illustrating different design solutions to the design problem at hand. Test initial designs and iterate on feedback received
• Clearly articulate your design decisions to team members and stakeholders
• Create detailed design specifications and communicate high-fidelity designs to engineers

What we are looking for?

• Grit, hunger, and passion. You’re willing to put in the hours, and to try-fail-learn. You want to accelerate your growth as a designer
• A portfolio that showcases your design work and the thought process behind each project
• Experience with design methods eg. customer journey mapping, user stories writing, prototyping, creating taskflow diagrams, creating design specifications, etc
• Experience with using design tools eg. pen and paper, Sketch, InVision, Marvel, Zeplin, etc
• Detailed-oriented and obsessive about the work that you do, down to the pixel
