* Has responsible to : 1.Evaluate and reports KPI Achievement Progress (17 Key Performance Indicator) at Liquid Department 2.Check and monitoring of Production Material , waste & Abnormality of production process 3.Give a report of Daily,Weekly & Monthly Production Progress to Manager 4.Monitoring , Review and analyze of production flow process to create improvement / Kaizen that shorten of production time process 5.Monitoring of SAP System 6.Monitoring and have coordinate with Internal and External Department in MIM for Completion and Surveillance of Certification Process - CAPA (Corrective Action- Preventive Action) , Audit Evaluation - ISO9001; ISO45001;ISO14001;HALAL certification,CPKB and CPPKRTB 7.Supervise , facilitate and keep track of SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) , WI (Working Instruction) , OPL (One Point Lesson), Operational Form in Liquid Dept

1. Have assigned to manage production operational process on MPP , daily report in shift, monthly report and improving manpower production skill in Liquid Plant. 2. Responsible on monitoring for System SAP production daily process (Non Shift). It processed and monitoring for material balance, planning control 3. Manage production operational process on MPP , daily report in shift, monthly report and improving manpower production skill that must concern in efficiency and cost down for production process in plant Liquid and follow up for 5R activity ( Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, dan Rajin ) for Operational Production Plant 4.Has responsible and focused to manage for data and achievement for Certification Process (Document Control Department) ; follow up KPI progress of Liquid Dept. ( Key Performance Indicator); create, manage and revise of SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) for Liquid Department. Several certification process that have been completed and successful : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HALAL Certification, CPKB, and CPPKRTB.
