Customer Service 在 CakeResume 有別於傳統客服,我們善用軟體工具並結合數位行銷與商務市場的知識。我們會使用各類數位行銷軟體工具提高客服體驗加速客戶效率,並大量吸收人才產業知識以提供設計更好的客戶諮詢顧問服務。
