Marketing Manager

BlockTempo is a full-spectrum Chinese blockchain media originating from Taiwan. It endeavors to overhaul the hurdles of mainstream media in delivering professional blockchain information and accelerate the revolution in the blockchain era.

How will you drive the blockchain industry in this role?

1. Web 3 & Blockchain Community Strategy and Management:
   1. Involves planning content in both Mandarin and English, enhancing community engagement, and analyzing social media metrics for strategic planning
   2. Our community spans across Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, and Line
2. Plan and execute marketing projects, including online and offline events such as meetups, hackathons, industry parties, etc.
3. Facilitate collaboration and resource alignment with diverse industries and media outlets.
4. Manage multiple projects concurrently, varying in requirements, formats, and scales.
5. Conduct research and test digital marketing tools, and formulate team implementation plans.

1.  Web 3 & 區塊鏈社群策略與經營
   ：包含中/英文案規劃、社群互動提升活躍度、成效數據分析與相應策略規劃
   ：社群平台橫跨 Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Line
2. 規劃與執行行銷專案，包括線上/實體活動，包括多元社群活動、展會、黑客松等
3. 品牌行銷經營 - 與異業公司、媒體溝通進行資源整合，媒合KOL與具產業影響力者合作
4. 行銷專案管理執行 - 可同時執行3個以上不同需求、形式、規模不等的專案
5. 數位行銷工具研究測試，並制定團隊導入方案

▲ Job Requirements:

1. Strong awareness of community dynamics, capable of understanding Web3 community trends.
2. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
3. Minimum of 3 years of community marketing experience, with at least 1 year of event planning experience.
4. Ability to identify the correct target audience through effective means, research, and formulate promotion plans.
5. Proficiency in researching and testing various digital marketing tools, identifying suitable ones for adoption.
6. Analytical skills to assess content traffic (GA) and community metrics, leading to optimization solutions.
7. Strong problem-solving skills: solutions are logically sound.
8. Respectful of project deadlines.

6. GA 流量與社群經營成效分析，策劃並帶領優化方案
7. 高度解決問題能力: 解決方案總是能提出背後清晰邏輯
8. 尊重專案協作 deadline

▲Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Figma
2. Experience in organizing or co-organizing large/small-scale events.
3. Led brand event strategy and sponsorship negotiations.
4. Familiarity with Twitter, Telegram, SEO operating strategies, and planning.
5. Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and its industry ecosystem.
