In this job, you will be responsible for:

1. Conduct internal communications with corresponding teams to define product specifications

2. Provide accurate technical assessments for resource/schedule planning or issue fixing

3. Take viable initiatives to maintain/maximize service availability

4. Control the schedule, resource pipeline and the execution of the project/sprint

5. Review of designs/implementations/documentations created by the team members

6. Design service architecture with high scalabilty, low latency and ease-of-maintenance 

7. Work with managers on team goal settings and human resource related matters

8. Contribute on improving internal processes to further optimize team operational efficiency

9. Support team members whenever they need to pursue company objectives

10.Hands-on engineering works to support production activities or make product prototypes when necessary

- 5+ years of experiences working on server-side software development
- 3+ years of experiences building/operating commercial web services with more than 10k daily users
- 2+ years of experiences leading a team with 3 or more members
- Strong JavaScript and/or Python coding skills, experiences with NodeJS is highly preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiar with NoSQL databases and memory cache in commercial product design
- Familiar with major features of AWS/GCP with hands-on experiences
- Solid understandings of Linux operating system and shell scripting
- Experiences designing service architecture with high availability/scalability
- Experiences building commercial services across geographical regions is a plus
- Experiences building commercial services using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Experiences with frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular or React) is a plus
- Experiences building web services with Golang is a plus
